One (1) Grand Prize 2011 Tony Awards ® Bright Lights on Broadway Getaway Package will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize includes:

A two (2) night trip on Sponsor selected dates for the winner and one (1) guest to New York City to attend the 2011 Tony Awards® ceremony, including roundtrip coach airfare on Continental Airlines or another major carrier that services New York City (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for the winner and one (1) guest) from an airport near winner’s address in the United States or Canada to New York City, NY; a two-night hotel stay (one room based on double occupancy) for the winner and one (1) guest in Manhattan; dinner for two (2) on the night of the Tony Awards ® at a participating restaurant selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, not to exceed $300.00; and one (1) two hundred dollar ($200) Macy’s gift card. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) for the Grand Prize packages is of Two Thousand Five Hundred U.S. Dollars (U.S. $2,500.00); Three Thousand Canadian Dollars (CAN $2750 based on a Vancouver departure). All travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor. Certain restrictions and black out dates may apply.

Ten (10) Runner Up Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Each Runner Up Prize will include:

Prize packs with merchandise from participating current Broadway productions as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV will be determined based upon Sponsor’s selection of the prize pack items, but each prize pack will have an ARV between $10 and $50.
