Prize: There is one (1) grand prize (“Prize”). The Prize consists of a travel package (“Travel Package”) and two (2) tickets to the Voodoo Experience with VIP passes to the LOA Lounge taking place October 30, 2009 to November 1, 2009, for the Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”). Travel Package includes roundtrip coach air transportation from a major airport within the U.S. nearest the Winner’s residence (as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion) for two (2) people who must travel together on same itinerary. Hotel accommodations for four 4) days/three (3) nights (one room for two (2) people and at a hotel selected by Administrator in its sole discretion) and will be based on availability at time of booking. Winner must be able to travel to New Orleans, Louisiana on October 30, 2009, attend the Voodoo Experience Event and depart on November 1, 2009, or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of the Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000).
