Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): PRIZE: There will be one (1) Prize (“Prize”) awarded. The prize

another nearby hotel as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion); non-

Admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood theme park for Winner and up to one (1) Guests; and
one (1) $1,000 check or deposit to be used towards travel and expenses. The Fair Market Value
