Prize: (20 winners – 1 per market & region) Trip for winner and one guest to attend the 2009 Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for 3-nights, two tickets to attend the Kentucky Derby and two tickets to attend the Kentucky Oaks. Travel is tentatively scheduled for April 30, 2009 to May 3, 2009. Seating assignments at the Kentucky Oaks, Kentucky Derby and the concert are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner and guest must be able to travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by sponsor or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner may substitute $500 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner), in lieu of the air transportation. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Travel, accommodations, and race and concert dates are subject to availability and change. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Approximate Retail Value $1,935 for trips not including air transportation and $2,435 for trips with air transportation. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure. If winner cannot accept prize as specified by sponsor, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
