Contestant must then submit the following:
 • Personal Information: Contestant’s first name, last name, e-mail address, home phone number, mailing address, and date of birth (“Personal Information”). Contestant will be asked to provide a photograph for purposes of confirming identity and for publication in the event that Contestant wins the Grand Prize (publication at the sole discretion of Sponsor). Submission of the photograph will not affect whether or not Contestant will win the Grand Prize.
 • Contestant will also be required to check a box acknowledging that Contestant is at least 18 years of age and another box that Contestant has read and accepts this Contest’s Official Rules.
 • A photograph or video clip of Contestant in the event that Contestant wins the Grand Prize (as defined below) (the “Media”)
 • A photograph of the Contestant’s ugliest holiday sweater (the “Photograph Entry”.)

 WINNER SELECTION PROCESS: During the Contest Period, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, will select approximately five (5) Contestant entries for final voting by the judging panel. The five (5) finalists’ Media and Photograph Entries will be voted on by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winning Media/Photograph Entry will be determined, at the sole discretion of the judging panel, based on creativity, originality, and appropriateness to the theme of the Contest (i.e., who has the ugliest holiday sweater). One (1) Media/Photograph Entry receiving the most votes by the judges will receive the Grand Prize. The winning Media/Photograph Entry will be selected by the judges within two (2) days following the closing of the Contest Period. In the event of a tie, the potential winner will be the Contestant whose Media/Photograph Entry is considered more or the most creative as determined by the judges.

 GRAND PRIZE: “Grand Prize” winner will receive:
 o Four (4) Night Trip to Hilton Waikoloa Village and Waikoloa Beach Resort in Waikoloa, Hawaii for Two (2) People, which includes:
 • Round-trip economy class airfare and associated baggage fees for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest to the greater Waikoloa, Hawaii; and
 • Ground Transportation from Airport in Waikoloa, Hawaii to the Resort and from the Resort to the Airport in Waikoloa, Hawaii; and
 • Accommodations in One (1) Resort Room in the Palace or Ocean Tower; and
 • Daily Breakfast at the Resort.
 o Amenities include access to the Resort’s three unique swimming pools, the on-property ocean-fed lagoon and white-sand beach and shuttle service to nearby A-Bay, a popular salt and pepper sand beach. Activities such as aqua hula, a guided petroglyph tour and introductory snorkeling are complimentary as well.
 o The Prizewinner will receive a prize certificate from Zimmerman Agency that is valid for one (1) year for two (2) people, airfare for two (2) people, shuttle vouchers and instructions on how to book the vacation. Trip blackout dates apply for all major holidays and the Ironman World Championship in October.
 TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF THE PRIZE: $4,700.00 USD
