 Entry Periods:

 ● Period One: commencing at 12:00am (PT) on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 and ending at 11:59pm (PT) on Wednesday, November 30, 2011; with the 3 winners selected by December 15, 2011.
 ● Period Two: commencing at 12:00am (PT) on Thursday, December 1, 2011 and ending at 11:59pm (PT) on Saturday, December 31, 2011; with the 3 winners selected by January 31, 2012.
 ● Period Three: commencing at 12:00am (PT) on Sunday, January 1, 2012 and ending at 11:59pm (PT) on Tuesday, January 31, 2012; with the 3 winners selected by February 15, 2012.
