To enter during an Entry Period you must enter via one of the following entry methods:
Entry Method #1
1. Go to www.facebook.com/Amazon and click on the “NB Gladiator Showdown” tab; and

2. Complete and submit the entry form (entrants may not use a Facebook e-mail) and
include a current photo of yourself striking a pose that conveys your inner gladiator
(“Photo”). In the Photo, you must be the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of
majority in your state of residence. You must tag your Photo with the hashtag
#NBGladiator.
Entry Method #2
1. Go to Instagram, follow @amazon, and share your Photo. You must tag your Photo with
the hashtag #NBGladiator; and

2. After you receive a comment on your Instagram post from @amazon, complete your
entry by clicking on the link included in the comment and completing the entry form
provided (entrants may not use a Facebook e-mail).
Entry Method #3
1. Go to Twitter (either via the mobile app or http://twitter.com/amazon), follow
@amazon, and share your Photo. You must tag your Photo with the hashtag
#NBGladiator; and

2. After you receive a tweet from @amazon, complete your entry by clicking on the link
included in the tweet and completing the entry form provided (entrants may not use a
Facebook e-mail).

Grand Prize [total approximate retail value (“ARV”) $12,000.00].
One Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize which consists of a 10-day trip for the
winner and one guest to attend the Maratona Di Roma 2014 to be held in Rome, Italy on March
23, 2014 (the “Marathon”). The Grand Prize consists of:
 Round trip first class airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport
near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and
arriving at a major airport in the Rome area;
 9 nights hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (one room, double
occupancy) at a Rome area luxury hotel to be determined by Sponsor, New Balance, or
their respective prize provider agencies;
 Choice of an entry to the Marathon or the Stracittadina 5k for the winner and his/her
guest;
 Post-race massage for the winner and his/her guest;
 Full New Balance running wardrobe makeover for the winner consisting of the
following:
o 1 Pair New Balance Running Shoes
o 1 Pack New Balance Socks
o 1 Pair of New Balance Running Shorts
o 1 New Balance Shirt
o 1 New Balance Running Jacket
o 1 New Balance Running Hat
 A guided day tour of Rome for the winner and his/her guest;
 A guided day tour outside the city of Rome for the winner and his/her guest; and
 $4,000.00 spending money for the Grand Prize winner.
Second Prize [ARV $6,000.00 each Second Prize; total ARV of all Second Prizes is $18,000.00].
Up to three Second Prize winners will each receive the Second Prize which consists of a 5-day
trip for the winner and one guest to attend the Marathon. The Second Prize consists of:
 Round trip airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport near the
winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving
at a major airport in the Rome area;
 4 nights hotel accommodations for the winner and her/her guest (one room, double
occupancy) at a Rome area hotel to be determined by Sponsor, New Balance, or their
respective prize provider agencies;
 Choice of an entry to the Marathon or the Stracittadina 5k for the winner and his/her
guest; and
 $1,500.00 spending money for the Second Prize winner.
Finalist Prize [total ARV of all Finalist Prizes is $2,400.00].

Each Finalist will receive the Finalist Prize which consists of one pair of New Balance 890V4
Maratona di Roma shoes (ARV of each Finalist Prize is $150.00).
The total ARV of all prizes is $32,400.00.
