Open to individuals who are 18 years of age (or the majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) or older and who are legal residents in one of the fourteen (14) regions in which Albertson’s/Safeway does business:

Residents of Alabama, Connecticut, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia and Wisconsin are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.
Entries (i) must be the original and sole creation of the submitting entrant, and all right, title and interest including but not limited to, the copyright in any entry, must be owned solely by the submitting entrant; (ii) may not have been submitted in any other competition and may not have been published; (iii) may not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including but not limited to, copyright, patent or trademark, or rights of privacy or publicity, or contain material that is or may be considered defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or portray or depict any person, product or entity in a false light; (iv) may not violate any law, rule or regulation; (v) may not contain any virus, bugs, or other deleterious material; and (vi) may not contain inappropriate content, for example but not limited to, profanity, defamatory statements, words or symbols widely considered offensive to individuals of any certain race, ethnicity, religious, sexual orientation or socioeconomic groups, threats to any person, place, business, or group.
Sponsors will select fourteen (14) Finalists (one from each of Albertson’s/Safeway 14 participating zones) from all eligible entries received as of the respective drawing date in fourteen (14) random drawings. Note: in situations where a zone overlaps multiple states, the entrant will only be entered into one drawing, based on the entrant’s zip code supplied on the entry form. Potential Finalists will be notified by phone and/or email on or about August 28, 2015 and will be required to respond to the Notification according to the directions in the Notification within twenty-four (24) hours of the time the Notification was made by Sponsors or their designee. The first fourteen (14) eligible Potential Finalists that successfully respond to the Notification in accordance with these Official Rules will be declared the Finalists. Sponsors will then select one (1) Grand Prize Winner in a random drawingconsisting of all Finalists.
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive (a) one (1) patio set; (b) one (1) grill kit; (c) one (1) gas grill; and (d) twelve (12) Johnsonville Brat coupons. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize (“ARV”): $1620.00. Grand Prize will be delivered to Grand Prize Winner 2-6 weeks after verification of Grand Prize Winner.
Thirteen (13) Finalist Prizes: Each remaining Finalist will receive a Finalist Prize consisting of (a) one (1) grill kit; (b) one (1) gas grill; and (c) twelve (12) Johnsonville Brat coupons. ARV of Finalist Prize is $680.00. Finalist Prize will be delivered to Finalist 2-6 weeks after verification of Finalist Prize Winner.
ARV of all prizes is $10,460.00.
