Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people on Delta Air Lines between the major US gateway airport served by Delta Air Lines nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by the Prize Provider) and the major US gateway airport served by Delta Air Lines nearest Nashville, TN, 2-nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at Radisson Hotel at Opryland, a picnic lunch in the Opry Plaza on October 9, 2010, two tickets to the Grand Ole Opry Birthday Concert on October 9, 2010, two tickets to the Grand Ole Opry show on October 9, 2010, a backstage tour of the Grand Ole Opry House on October 9, 2010 (collectively, the “Events”), and a commemorative Opry 85th poster (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500.00). Travel will take place between October 8-10, 2010 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the winner is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Airline tickets valid on Delta-operated, published, scheduled service only from the airport nearest the winner’s residence served by Delta Air Lines. If the winner does not live in a city served by Delta Air Lines, he/she is responsible for transportation to the nearest airport served by Delta Air Lines. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If winner is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, ground transportation, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize Provider, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within one hundred (100) miles from the trip destination. If, for any reason, any of the Events are postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible, and the trip will be awarded without the Event(s) on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
