Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize of a trip for two (2) to Australia.
Prize includes: Two (2) roundtrip economy class tickets from Los Angeles, California (LAX) or San Francisco, California (SFO) or New York, NY (JFK) to Sydney, Australia.
GRAND PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Winner and guest are responsible for travel to/from LAX, SFO or JFK airport as well as an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) or the cost for any other visa requirements.
Trip Terms and Conditions:
Your air travel is subject to the following conditions:
1. Flights are non-redeemable for cash.
2. Prizes may not be sold to, bartered with, purchased, or utilized by a third party.
3. Tickets are non-transferable.
4. Flights must be requested at least fifteen (15) working days prior to your travel date.
5. All travel must be completed within ninety (90) days from the date of ticket issuance or no later than December 8, 2011. No extensions permitted.
6. All travel must be completed within ten (10) days from the date travel commences.
7. No Friday travel permitted in either direction.
8. Travel is confirmed space, but seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
9. Travel to/from New York is valid on Qantas Airways only departing from JFK Airport. Travel is not valid on codeshare services with American Airlines.
10. Changes to flight details once booked will incur a $50 (AUD) change fee per guest per change.
11. Travel must be taken between February 1, 2011 and June 15, 2011 or between July 15, 2011 and December 8, 2011. Some blackout periods may apply. Flights are subject to availability. If winner is unable to travel during this time, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
12. Travel is valid for the segments stated above only.
13. Travel is subject to schedule changes and excluded from frequent flyer mileage credit or mileage redemption for upgrade.
14. Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary.
Prize trip is not escorted. The Grand Prize winner and their companion are responsible for all airline taxes, surcharges and any other relevant fees. These must be paid before tickets can be issued. The winner and their companion are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including visas and passports. All expenses and costs not expressly listed above including, but not limited to, transportation to and from the airports, insurance, food and beverages, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, telephone calls, souvenirs, gratuities, and all taxes, are solely the winner’s responsibility. All reservations for the winner will be made through an agent of the Sponsor. No substitution or transfer of Prize permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that Prize is unavailable. There is no cash substitute for the Prize. Federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is: $3,400.
