(A) Sweepstakes Prizes: THREE TO FIVE (3-5) IPAD2 TABLET COMPUTERS: An ipad2 tablet computer with at least the following specs: (i) 16GB of memory; (ii) Wi-fi ready; (iii) black or white; winners preference will be chosen if possible. (iv) engraved with winners name and company logo at our discretion.
 The ipad2 must be accepted by the winner by July 30, 2011, or Winner forfeits the Prize in its entirety. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depends upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and how many games are played in the NBA Finals starting with game 3 on June 5th. Approximate Retail Value of the Sweepstakes prize (“ARV”): $2,500.

 (B) Bonus 1+4 Prize: FIVE (5) prizes of 50% discount off iPAD2 TABLET COMPUTERS): The ipad2 tablet computers will have the exact same specs as those awarded to the sweepstakes winner. Bonus prize winners also have the option of choosing a free iphone4 or ipod touch instead of 50% off the ipad2. If ipod touch the 8GB version will be offered. If iphone4, the 16GB version will be offered.
 The ipad2 must be accepted by the bonus winners by July 30, 2011, or Winners forfeit the Prize in its entirety. Odds of winning the bonus Prize depends upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, how many people who support the team that you support are in the sweepstakes and how many personal friends you have in the sweepstakes that could choose you as a bonus winner. Approximate Retail Value of the Sweepstakes bonus 1+4 (“ARV”): $1,250.
