Wynn Las Vegas Win Tickets to See Steve Wynn’s ShowStoppers at the Encore Theater Sweepstakes

A. The winner of the Sweepstakes will receive a one (1) night stay in a Wynn Las
Vegas Deluxe Resort King Room at Wynn Las Vegas located at 3131 Las Vegas Boulevard
South, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109 (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $344.00), and a dinner
and show package for two (2) which includes dinner for two (2) at Lakeside at Wynn Las Vegas
and two (2) tickets to Steve Wynn’s ShowStoppers (non-gold level) (ARV $380.00) Interactive Marketing 12/30/14
(collectively, the “Grand Prize”; Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $724.00). The Grand Prize
must be redeemed by the winner at the Wynn Las Vegas Box Office within twelve (12) months
from the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winner and his/her guest must each be twenty-one (21)
years of age or older in order to redeem and participate in the Grand Prize and activities related
thereto. Grand Prize is limited to a one (1) night stay in a Wynn Las Vegas Deluxe Resort King
Room, subject to availability and limited to single or double occupancy. Blackout dates may
apply. Steve Wynn’s ShowStoppers performs Tuesdays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., and
Wednesdays through Fridays at 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., and is dark Sundays and Mondays.
Reservations must be booked seven (7) days prior to arrival date. Once booked, reservations
cannot be rescheduled. Any cancellation will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. All Grand
Prize components must be redeemed during the Grand Prize redemption; any unused Grand Prize
components will be forfeited. Resort will be responsible for applicable resort fees and room
taxes, which are estimated to be $44.76.
