PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a VIP #18 Pit Crew Experience in Bristol, Tennessee on August, 21, 2010, for the winner and one (1) guest. Prize includes: (i) meet and greet with the #18 Pit Crew and opportunity for the winner and guest to participate in Pit Crew activities; (ii) round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence on dates determined by Sponsor; (iii) 3-day/ 2-night hotel accommodations (standard room, double-occupancy; hotel to be selected by Sponsor); (iv) rental car with unlimited mileage for three (3) days (vehicle rental and associated rental tax only); (v) two (2) tickets (1 for winner and one (1) guest) to the Sprint Cup Series race on August 21, 2010 (seating to be selected by the Sponsor); (vi) a Pit Crew fire suit for winner and guest (size and color determined solely by Sponsor); and (vii) $600.00 in spending money, awarded in the form of a check made payable to winner. (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $9,000.00). If winner resides within 200 miles of Bristol, Tennessee, ground transportation will be provided instead of air transportation. Actual value of trip varies based upon point of departure and airfare fluctuations. If the meet-and-greet or participation in the Pit Crew activities portion of the Grand Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, such portion of the prize will be eliminated and substituted with a $100.00 check made payable to Grand Prize winner at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, however, remainder of prize package will be awarded. In the event the stated approximate retail value is more than the actual value of Grand prize, no difference will be awarded. Any costs/expenses not expressly stated herein, including, but not limited to, food, beverages, gratuities, and additional transportation are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest. To receive the rental car benefit, Grand Prize winner must meet the age requirements of the rental car company, have a valid driver’s license and major credit card (subject to terms and conditions of rental car company) and will be responsible for any associated additional costs (including insurance, gas, additional taxes, etc.) In the event that Grand Prize winner does not meet these and the other requirements as specified by the car rental company, this portion of the prize will be substituted with alternative ground transportation and no cash difference will be awarded. While no part of this prize includes alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages may otherwise be available. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for their own conduct while accepting Grand Prize, including, without limitation to, the consumption of alcoholic beverages, if any, and compliance with applicable rules, laws and regulations. Guest of Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety, unless otherwise determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Guest accompanying winner must sign and return a release of liability/publicity prior to ticketing of prize. Sponsor may request medical confirmation of winner’s and guest’s physical capacity to participate in the Pit Crew activities, however, winner and guest accept all risks associated with their participation in the Grand Prize and any portion thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for weather conditions, cancellations, delays, postponements, injury or winner’s or guest’s inability to participate in any portion of the prize due to physical or other restrictions. FIRST PRIZES (18): Eighteen (18) First Prize winners will each receive a Pit Crew fire suit (size and color determined solely by Sponsor). (ARV of each First Prize: $2,000.00) (ARV of all First Prizes: $36,000.00). Estimated odds of winning 1:292,800.
SECOND PRIZES (2,000): Two thousand (2,000) Second Prize winners will each receive $15.00 to spend online at the NASCAR.COM Superstore (prize is awarded in the form of a unique code redeemable only on www.NASCAR.COM/Superstore). Use of the gift code is subject to all federal and local laws and all applicable policies, terms and conditions imposed by the issuer and/or posted at www.NASCAR.COM/Superstore.
