VH1 Presents Live in the Vineyard Sweepstakes

Limit of two (2) entries per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

 Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following grand prize (the “Grand Prize”):
 • Admission for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) Guest to attend the 2013
 Live in the Vineyard event in Napa Valley, CA in April 2013 (the “Event”). Event
 date and venue subject to change.
 • Round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her
 Guest from a major airport of Sponsor’s choice near the Grand Prize Winner’s
 residence to a major airport of Sponsor’s choice near Oakland, CA; San Francisco,
 CA; or Sacramento, CA (the “Destination”). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute
 air transportation for ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within a
 300-mile radius of the Destination and no additional compensation will be provided.
 • Hotel accommodations for three (3) nights at the Napa River Inn or similar hotel in a
 room type selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (room and tax only, one (1)
 double occupancy room).
 • Admission for Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) Guest to a tour of the Sutter
 Home Winery.
 • One (1) “Live in the Vineyard” gift bag for Grand Prize Winner.
 The total Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,000.00
