Prize: (1 winner) Trip for 2 to Las Vegas, Nevada. Trip consists of round-trip coach-class air transportation for winner and Guest from a major metropolitan airport in the 50 United States or D.C. (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) near winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada; penthouse suite accommodations for three nights at Mirage; Limousine service for winner and Guest to and from airport and hotel (one car only to be shared by winner and Guest); two tickets to see the Winning “Employee’s” Show (or equivalent); $100 Dining Credit and $100 Spa Credit at Mirage (for winner only); and $1,000 Shopping Spree (for winner only) at either Fashion Show Mall, Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian, or The Shoppes at the Palazzo. Air transportation provided only if winner resides more than 100 miles from destination. If winner resides within 100 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada no air transportation will be provided and no additional compensation will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $4,995. Odds of winning the prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Trip must be completed within one year of notification of winning or prize will be forfeited. All portions of the Prize must be used in the same visit. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to Sponsor’s approval on air travel and participating hotel, and Show availability, holiday/blackout dates and other prize and travel restrictions apply. Hotel accommodations are subject to applicable laws and regulations and hotel policy. Trip must be booked at least 45 days prior to intended departure date. All travel details are subject to final approval by Sponsor. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Guest must be 21 years of age or older as of travel date to accompany winner on trip. Winner and Guest must take air travel on same itinerary. Winner and Guest must partake of all trip activities at the same time. If winner elects to partake in prize without a Guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including but not limited to additional ground transportation, souvenirs, phone calls, gratuities and additional meals. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize (or prize component) is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute the prize (or prize component) with one of equal value for any reason. In the event that a prize component is not available for any reason, then remaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded.
