ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE of the right to choose the color of Thompson’s®Water Seal®Deck & House Solid Latex Stain to be used on the Hurricane Deck at the Cave of the Winds at Niagara Falls, USA for the 2013 season, and a trip to Niagara Falls, USA to see their selection on the deck. The Grand Prize trip consists of:  – coach class, round-trip airfare on a carrier selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion for the winner and a guest from the airport nearest winner’s home within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia to Buffalo, New York,  – lodging for four nights selected by Sponsor,  – a rental car for five days, and  – $1,000 spending money.

The winner will select from one of 16 shades of Sponsor’s stain that have been pre-selected by Sponsor and Niagara Falls State Park (Arbor Green, Black Walnut, Brickstone, Bronzed Brown, Cedartone, Cocoa, Colonial Blue, Cypress Green, Douglas Fir, Evergreen, Hawthorne, Hickory Ash, Olive Wood, Pewter Gray, Sierra Brown or Terra Cotta.) No other product may be substituted. Winner will chose the color based on color chips available in Sponsor’s brochures or on the Sponsor’s web site, and the winner must provide their color choice by December 30, 2012. All product application is at the discretion of Niagara Falls State Park.

All expenses not specifically provided for by Sponsor in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Total approximate value of the prize package is $3,500. Actual value of prize depends on certain factors including, but not limited to point of origin and chosen destination. All applicable taxes associated with the prize are solely the winner’s responsibility. No transfer, assignment, or substitution of prize except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates or other prize items once they are in the winner’s possession. Each guest (or guardian) will be required to sign a travel release prior to departure. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. The winner must complete the trip between May 1-September 30, 2013. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent at least 60 days prior to travel.
