Prizes (1,149 Total): The above “Prizes” in section 4 (as each described below are available for either the National Sweepstakes or the Local Sweepstakes based on the Keyword in accordance with the charts below (each, a “Sweepstakes Prize”). No more than the total number of National Sweepstakes Prizes listed for the National Sweepstakes Prize Pool or a Local Sweepstakes Prize Pool will be awarded:
      1. National Ice Fishing Tent Prizes (23 total): Each “National Fishing Tent Prize” is a Sponsor-specified Fishing Tent. Twenty-three (23) total National Fishing Tent Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – allocated by Keyword prize pool as set forth above. The ARV of each National Fishing Tent Prize is $195.
      2. National Beanie Prizes (60 total): Each “National Beanie Prize” is a Sponsor-specified Beanie. Sixty (60) total National Beanie Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – allocated by Keyword prize pool as set forth above. The ARV of each National Beanie Prize is $31.58.
      3. National Long Sleeve Shirt Prizes (87 total): Each “National Long Sleeve Shirt Prize” is a Sponsor-specified Long Sleeve Shirt. Eighty-seven (87) total National Long Sleeve Shirt Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – allocated by Keyword prize pool as set forth above. The ARV of each National Long Sleeve Shirt Prize is $37.50.
      4. National Jacket Prizes (29 total): Each “National Jacket Prize” is a Sponsor-specified Jacket. Twenty-nine (29) total National Jacket Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – allocated by Keyword prize pool as set forth above. The ARV of each National Jacket Prize is $152.
      5. National Cooler Prizes (42 total): Each “National Cooler Prize” is a Sponsor-specified Cooler. Forty-two (42) total National Cooler Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – allocated by Keyword prize pool as set forth above. The ARV of each National Cooler Prize is $48.
      6. Local UTV Prize (6 total): Each “Local UTV Prize” is a Sponsor-specified Utility Task Vehicle (“UTV”). Six (6) total Local UTV Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – allocated by Keyword prize pool as set forth above. The ARV of each Local UTV Prize is $11,699.

All styles, makes & models of prizes are selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner shall be responsible for all taxes, license, title and registration fees or other costs, including without limitation, any travel or transportation costs, associated with winning the Local UTV Prize. The winner will pick up Local UTV Prize at the dealership closest to the Local UTV Prize Winner’s address as set forth in his/her registration.

      10. Local LED Sign Prizes (1 total): The “Local LED Sign” is a Sponsor-specified LED sign. One (1) Local LED Sign Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes- allocated by Keyword prize pool as set forth above. The ARV of each Local Chill Harder Metal Sign Prizes is $184.
