There will be two (2) grand prizes (“Grand Prize 1” and “Grand Prize 2”) and two (2) finalist prizes (“Finalist Prize 1” and “Finalist Prize 2”), consisting of:

 Grand Prize 1:
 – Two courtside tickets at Arthur Ashe Stadium to 9/4/11 day session at 2011 US Open Tennis Championships.
 – Roundtrip coach airfare for two adults, including Winner, departing 9/3/11 from major commercial airport closest to Winner’s residence to airport in New York metropolitan area, and returning 9/5/11 from airport in New York metropolitan area to major commercial airport closest to Winner’s residence. If the Winner resides within 200 mile radius of New York City, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.
 – Ground transportation from New York metropolitan airport to hotel back and forth (not to exceed $250, to be given in form of a check to Winner).
 – Four (4) star hotel accommodations, double occupancy, in Manhattan, New York City for the evenings of Saturday, 9/3/11 and Sunday, 9/4/11.
 – Dinner Saturday 9/3/10, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Sunday 9/4/11, and Breakfast Monday 9/5/11 for two people. Meal allowance of $500.00 total for 2 people, to be given in form of a check to Winner.
 – Year of free yogurt which consists of a serving of Stonyfield products a day for a year.
 – One year USTA membership to be purchased by Sponsor on behalf of the Grand Prize 1 Winner.
 Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize 1 is $3,660.00.

 Grand Prize 2:
 – Two courtside tickets at Arthur Ashe Stadium to 9/2/12 day session at 2012 US Open Tennis Championships.
 – Roundtrip coach airfare for two adults, including Winner from major commercial airport closest to Winner’s residence to airport in New York metropolitan area, and returning from airport in New York metropolitan area to major commercial airport closest to Winner’s residence. If the Winner resides within 200 mile radius of New York City, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.

 Finalist Prize 1: – A choice of one of the following two options:
 o Option A: Tennis racquet and tennis bag to be chosen by Finalist Prize 1 Winner, subject to commercial availability from in-stock and available merchandise at www.TennisWarehouse.com, with a combined value not to exceed $200.00.
 o Option B: Tennis lessons with a USPTA certified professional in the local area of Finalist Prize 1 Winner, with a value not to exceed $200.00. Finalist Prize 1 Winner will pay for the lessons and submit receipt(s) to Sponsor. Sponsor will reimburse Finalist Prize 1 Winner up to $200.00.
 – Year of free yogurt, which consists of a serving of Stonyfield products a day for a year.
 – One year USTA membership to be purchased by Sponsor on behalf of Finalist Prize 1 Winner.
 ARV of Finalist Prize 1 is $600.00.

 Finalist Prize 2: – A choice of one of the following two options:
