Open to legal residents of Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, New Mexico, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Wyoming, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. One (1) Grand Prize: A 2014 Nissan Leaf Model SV (MSRP $32,580) and docking station, Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $382 and tax assistance check of $9,855 as indicated below. Total ARV of Grand Prize, $43,087.
PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize winner is responsible for registration, license, title and insurance fees and any other expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize and must provide valid drivers license and evidence of insurance prior to delivery. Grand Prize vehicle will be delivered through a sponsor selected Nissan dealership near winner’s U.S. residence. Designated dealerships subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer production and delivery schedules. Automobile color and specifications are subject to availability. The prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Automobiles pictured in any advertising surrounding this Sweepstakes may not be the automobile awarded. Failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability could cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prize winner is responsible for the payment of taxes on the prize and for any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize; however, Grand Prize winner will receive an additional cash payment equal to 30% of the above stated ARV of the Nissan Leaf to assist in payment of U.S. taxes.
