Grand Prize: (1 winner) a trip for two to attend the opening new exhibit of Elvis’ 1968 Special, tentatively scheduled on March 24, 2008 (“Event”). The Grand Prize will include two (2) nights and three (3) days trip for two includes: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Memphis, TN (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sirius; provided that Sirius reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) 2-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); (c) 2 VIP passes to visit Graceland; (d) Passes (2) to Sun Studio, STAX Museum of American Soul Music, Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum; (e) $150 car rental voucher; (f) $50 Hard Rock Café on Beale Street voucher; and (g) a guest DJ spot on Elvis Radio. Dates and Location of Event subject to change or cancellation by Sponsor. If the Event is cancelled, Sirius’ only obligation to the Grand Prize Winners is to award the transportation and hotel accommodations listed below. All traveling companions must be 18 years or older, sign a release prior to booking travel, and if a Minor (as determined in his or her state of residency) must have a parent or legal guardian sign the release on his/her behalf. Actual retail value of the Grand Prize depends on location of winner and fares at time of departure but is estimated at $2500 each. All other expenses not mentioned herein, including without limitation, ground transportation, meals, additional hotel amenities, fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of the winner and traveling companion. Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and material restrictions may apply. If selected Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on dates specified, tentatively scheduled for March 23, 2008 and March 25, 2008, the selected Grand Prize Winner(s) will forfeit the prize and another entrant will be selected from among eligible Entries received.
