go to redbookmag.com/hothusbands2014 and complete and submit the entry form pursuant to the onscreen instructions, including an essay (500 words or fewer) on why your husband should be selected as REDBOOK’s Hottest Husband 2014 and three (3) recent color photographs of your husband in high-resolution JPEG files (at least 300 dpi); or mail your entry with your name, age, complete address, telephone number, and email address with first-class postage affixed to: REDBOOK Hottest Husband 2014 CONTEST, 300 W. 57th St., 22nd floor, New York, NY 10019. Mail entries must be postmarked by July 23, 2013, and received by July 30, 2013. Each regular-mail entry must be typed or printed in ink. Submit your essay and attach three (3) recent color photos of your husband (slides or negatives will not be accepted). Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. All entries may be published by the Sponsor in any media without additional consideration. Selection of Finalists: All entries will be judged by a panel from REDBOOK. Twenty-five (25) finalists will be selected based on the following criteria: Expression (50%) and Originality (50%). In the event of a tie, the entrant with the highest score in Originality will be declared a finalist. Selection of Winner: Beginning on or about September 11, 2013, at 12:01 a.m. ET through October 28, 2013, at 11:59 p.m. ET, one (1) winner will be selected from among the finalists by popular vote by visitors to redbookmag.com/hothusbands2014
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One (1) Winner will receive a five (5) day, four (4)-night trip for two (2) to the Hyatt Regency Curaçao Golf Resort, Spa and Marina in Curaçao, including accommodations in a Premier Waterview King Room, Daily All-Inclusive Food & Beverages, a 1-hour couple’s massage, round-trip transfer from the airport to the hotel on the day of arrival and the hotel to the airport on the day of departure (approximate retail value, $4,000); and round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from the United States (major airport nearest Winner’s residence) to Curaçao up to $700 per person (approximate retail value, $1,400).
