PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) AND ODDS OF WINNING:
 Four (4) Grand Prizes: 2 Tickets to game 1, 2, 3, or 4 of the NBA Finals. Winner will receive tickets to the Home Game of the Team Specified as “Favorite Team”. Three (3) Bonus Prizes to be delivered for game(s) 5, 6 & 7 if the game takes place. Winners will be chosen from the pool of participants who specified their “Favorite Team” as an actual participant in the NBA Finals. One (1) Winner will be selected for each game. A minimum of Four (4) Winners will be selected and a maximum of Seven (7) winners may be selected. Prize includes Two (2) Tickets to Game 1, 2, 3 or 4 (and 5, 6 & 7 if available), travel arrangements to the event destination (method of transportation will be sole discretion of Sponsor), and Hotel Accommodations for One (1) night. (Hotel Accommodation & Travel Arrangements may be opted out but no monetary compensation will be provided in lieu of hotel stay/travel arrangements.) Winners for games 5, 6 & 7 will be drawn following confirmation that game 5, 6 or 7 is necessary. All other expenses described (including, but not limited to taxes, fees or meals, gratuities, insurance, personal and hotel incidentals) are responsibility solely of winners. Sponsor is not responsible for the postponement or cancellation of the Basketball Game; in the event of postponement or cancellation of the Basketball Game, no additional compensation will be provided. Minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Each winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Travel subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions. Additional restrictions may apply. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of prize: will be provided to winner upon their acceptance of prize & conditions. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary due to fluctuations and departure location. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellation, delay, diversion or substitution, or any act of omission whatsoever by the air carriers or other transportation companies or any other person providing any of these services and accommodations, including but not limited to any change in services or accommodations necessitated by same. All prize details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of entries and winners’ completion of winner verification by May 30, 2011).Three (3) Bonus Prize winners will be awarded following the official confirmation of the time and place of game 5, 6 &7, respectively. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. No other assignment, transfer or substitution of prizes is permitted. Limit of one prize per person. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery; not response for prize utility, quality or otherwise. All taxes and fees are responsibility solely of winners.
