Grand Prize: The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for use by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards (the “Event”) currently contemplated to take place on September 12, 2010 in Los Angeles, California, subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, the Grand Prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian and such minor must accompany parent or
legal guardian on trip as the one (1) allotted Guest. The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsors’ choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to Los Angeles, California. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, California; (ii) roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize
Winner and his/her Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, California; (iii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations based on double occupancy in Los Angeles, California for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest. One (1) hotel room will be provided for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included) and (iv) two (2) tickets to be used by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest to the Event taking place in Los Angeles, California
