PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A.Prize(1): The prize is a two (2)-year lease on a 2016 Ford Fusion® SE vehicle (specific
features and/or options, to be selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) (“Prize”). Winner is required to sign a twenty-four (24) month closed end motor vehicle Lease Agreement serviced by Ford Motor Credit Company LLC, d/b/a Ford Credit. The potential winner agrees to a credit check to confirm that the potential winner qualifies for the lease as set forth above. Only one (1)Prize will be available in the sweepstakes. Prize is awarded in “as-is” condition,subject to any warranty provided by
Ford Motor Company. Any vehicle upgrades, aftermarket additions, options or other elements beyond the model details provided in these Official Rules will be the sole responsibility of the winner, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
Winner is responsible for all obligations, taxes and expenses, including, but not limited to,
all taxes (including sales tax and luxury tax), destination charges, registration, title and
license fees, insurance and any other costs incurred in claiming, registering, or otherwise required to own and operate the Prize. All other costs and expenses not expressl
y set forth herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Winner must take delivery of
the Prize, at his/her own expense, within 45 days of notice of availability of a Prize
from Sponsor at a Ford dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to Winner’s residence or the Prize may, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited. No other delivery
option will be available. Winner must present his or her valid driver’s license and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to the delivery of a Prize.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is up to $12,980.
