Ten (10) Grand Prizes are available. Each Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for the winner and a guest (who must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in guest’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) to attend the 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards (the “Event”) scheduled on Thursday, November 13, 2008 in Houston, Texas. Each Grand Prize consists of: round-trip, coach class air transportation for the winner and guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to Houston, TX where the 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards is being held; standard hotel room double occupancy for two (2) nights; two (2) tickets to the 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards; walk on the 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards green carpet; two (2) tickets to Official Awards after party; and Five Hundred Dollars ($500) spending money awarded in the form of a gift card.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $2,300. Total combined ARV of all Grand Prizes: $23,000.
