Prize: Winner will receive a trip for winner and a guest to New York City for a shopping spree with a personal stylist at Macy’s Herald Square store. Prize package includes:
• round-trip economy air travel for two (2) persons from a major airport nearest to winner’s home to New York City
• two (2) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor
• one (1) $1,000 Macy’s gift card redeemable solely during a shopping spree for merchandise, excluding big ticket and fine jewelry items, at Macy’s Herald Square store.
If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Winner and guest must travel roundtrip on the same itinerary. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Blackout dates shall apply. The following dates are blackout dates: within a week of the following holidays: New Years, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner is solely responsible for meals, incidental expenses, tips and gratuities, income and other taxes, transportation between winner’s home and gateway airport, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein.
