One (1) Grand Prize winner and five (5) First Prize winners will be selected on or about each Weekly Random Drawing date indicated in the chart above, from among eligible Entries received for each Weekly Entry Period. One thousand (1,000) Second Prize winners will be selected in a separate random drawing on or about 11/23/16 from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Three (3) Grand Prizes (one per Weekly Entry Period): A Family Fun Photoshoot consisting of a professional photoshoot for up to six (6) of your family members who are present at the photoshoot including a $1,000 makeover (awarded in the form of a check to the winner), two hundred (200) holiday cards with selected photo, a framed family portrait with selected photo and Sponsor-specified Juicy Juice product (up to $75) (ARV $7,500 per prize). Photoshoot will take place at time/date specified by Sponsor or that portion of prize will be forfeited. All details of the photoshoot will be in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Fifteen (15) First Prizes (5 per Weekly Entry Period): A $500 Sponsor-specified gift card.

One thousand (1,000) Second Prizes: A Sponsor-specified Juicy Juice Product, awarded in the form of a free product coupon (ARV $5 ea.).
