(A) “TV Entry”: Four (4) multiple choice questions will initially be posted on www.history.com/crossover (the “Website”) between 9:00 PM ET on November 5, 2012 and 12:00 AM ET on November 6, 2012. On November 5, 2012, watch the two (2) new episodes of American Pickers (starting at 9:00 PM ET) and/or the one- (1-) hour season premiere of Pawn Stars (at 10:00 PM ET) to view the questions and get the answers. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must (1) visit the Website, (2) submit the correct answer to any one of the questions, and (3) once prompted, complete the online registration form. You will only be prompted to complete the online registration form, if you properly answer the question(s). To complete the online registration form, you must include your name, age, e-mail address, state of residence and telephone number, and click “Submit” to enter the Sweepstakes. Each correct answer to one of the four (4) questions along with your completed online registration form, constitutes one (1) Entry. You can correctly answer all of the four (4) questions during the Sweepstakes Period for a total of four (4) possible Entries.
Prizes. Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded: A credit in the amount listed below for one (1) of the following stores, which will be assigned, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, to each Grand Prize Winner through the random drawing: Rick’s Restoration ($25,000.00 credit), Gold and Silver Pawn Shop ($25,000.00 credit), Antique Archaeology ($5,000.00 credit plus a $20,000.00 cash payment) and Count’s Kustoms ($25,000.00 credit) (each, a “Prize Store,” collectively, the “Prize Stores”); up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) toward shipping for the item(s) selected at the applicable Prize Store; and a one (1) night trip for each Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older) to the location of the applicable Prize Store (either Las Vegas, Nevada or Nashville, Tennessee), to select his or her prize items. Trip includes roundtrip coach airfare to and from a major gateway airport nearest each Grand Prize Winner’s home city (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and a cash gift card of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or the same amount in cash to cover meals and ground transportation. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $28,700.00. Actual retail value will depend on each Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence and air flight fluctuations. Grand Prize Winner will not receive difference between approximate and actual retail value. If any Grand Prize Winner selects items totaling less than the applicable credit amount at a Prize Store, such Grand Prize Winner will not receive the difference in cash. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes combined: $114,800.00.
