PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Two (2) Olympic Trip Prize winners will each receive a five- (5-) day/four- (4-) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest to the London 2012 Olympic Games, from August 4, 2012 through August 8, 2012. Trip includes hotel accommodations at the Waldorf Hilton, London (one (1) room, double occupancy) for (2); round trip coach airfare to and from London and major airport closest to winner for two (2); complimentary food & beverage for two (2) served in the Share The Dream Hospitality Suite; various entertainment experiences for two (2) to be determined by the Sponsor; and two (2) tickets each day to select Olympic Games sporting events to be determined by Sponsor.

As part of the Olympic Trip Prize, Sponsor will provide Winner $18,150 in the form of a check which may be used by the winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting this Olympic Trip Prize. Should the Olympic Trip Prize Winner’s total federal, state or local income taxes be higher than the $18,150,

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Olympic Trip Prize: $73,150. One-hundred, twenty-nine (129) Medal Prizes will be awarded. Selection of which Medal Prize is given to each Medal Prize winner is at the sole discretion of Administrator. • One (1) winner will receive an Olympic Training Center Fantasy Day Trip for two (2).
