Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two adults 21+ to see Plain White Ts in concert during its 2012 tour. Prize includes: two tickets to the Plain White Ts concert in a 2012 concert tour venue of winner’s choice within the United States. Sponsor will provide winner with the 2012 tour details once they become available; roundtrip coach-class airfare for winner and one guest between the US major airport closest to winner’s residence and the major airport nearest the selected concert city; transportation to/from airport/hotel and hotel/concert; and 2-nights hotel accommodations. (ARV $2,750)

 Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses of the prize trip not specified as included in these Official Rules, including but not limited to tips, gratuities, meals, souvenirs, local and long-distance telephone calls, laundry, air travel baggage fees, service charges, additional ground transportation, insurance, and other personal expenses. Trip (including, without limitation, air transportation and accommodations) is subject to availability and additional restrictions. Travel arrangements must be booked through Sponsor. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and guests are solely responsible for obtaining (and traveling with) valid identification and any other required documents. If winner resides within 250 miles of the concert location, Sponsor may elect, in its sole discretion, to substitute ground transportation between winner’s residence and the concert location hotel for the air fare and associated ground transportation, without additional compensation to the winner. If winner elects to take trip without a guest, components of the prize will be awarded in increments/quantities suitable for the actual number of travelers and winner will not receive any compensation or substitute/alternate prize for same. Winner’s guest must be over the age of 21. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Prize must be accepted with all listed prize components subject to the conditions indicated herein. No prize transfer or substitution allowed; however, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize (or any prize component) with another prize/prize component of equal or greater value if advertised prize/prize component becomes unavailable for any reason. Actual value of prize may depend on the selected concert location and date, the city of departure and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual value will not be awarded to winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner in the actual amount of the prize at the appropriate time. Once scheduled, trip must be taken on dates and times arranged by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Changes are not permitted after air ticket issue. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if winner or guest is unable to take scheduled trip by reason of illness, family emergency, personal events, terrorism, labor strikes, weather, or other acts beyond Sponsor’s control. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if selected Plain White Ts concert is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason
