Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for
him/herself and up to three (3) guests (each of whom must be 21 or older) to visit the
Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Halethorpe, MD. Trip is for three (3) days, two (2)
nights, including: roundtrip coach air travel from major commercial airport nearest
winner’s residence to Baltimore (airports are of Sponsor’s sole choosing); (1) Tour of the
Guinness Open Gate Brewery (which may include persons other than Grand Prize
Winner and guests); (1) $500 gift card (which Grand Prize Winner may use for travel
expenses or otherwise; issuer of gift card is of Sponsor’s sole choosing; gift card is
subject to terms and conditions indicated thereon/provided therewith); (1) dinner at the
Guinness Open Gate Brewery (Sponsor’s choice of restaurant or private room) with
participation of Guinness Representative (Guinness Brewery Ambassador), subject to
his/her availability and professional commitments (specific Guinness Brewery
Ambassador to be selected by Sponsor; if Guinness Brewery Ambassador is unavailable
for any reason, remaining elements of Grand Prize shall constitute entire liability of
Sponsor as participation of Guinness Brewery Ambassador has no retail value; additional
restrictions apply to participation of Guinness Brewery Ambassador); and standard,
double occupancy accommodations for winner and guests for two (2) nights at a hotel of
Sponsor’s sole choosing in Baltimore. Dinner consists of food and non-alcohol
beverages: Alcohol beverages are not part of the Grand Prize. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $4,600.00.
