Potential entrants must: (i) submit a photo of their “real hero” (“Photo”) via the Instagram photo application (Instagram is available free of charge on the iTunes application store and the Google Play application store); and (ii) include the hashtag “#GIJoeRealHero” with the posting of their Photo.

 The submitted Photo must constitute a completely original work by the entrant [e.g., the Photo must not have been previously released commercially, taken or composed, in whole or in part, from any other source other than the entrant, commissioned, developed or produced for a any commercial enterprise and must not contain images, language, characters, graphics, underlying source code or other elements which are have been created, developed, copyrighted, trademarked and/or patented or which are owned or subject to proprietary or licensing rights of or by an entity other than entrant personally and in their individual capacity]. Entrants must ensure that the submitted Photo complies with Instagram’s Terms of Use.
WINNER DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION: There will be one (1) winner. On or about the week of March 19, 2013, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected based on the Judging Criteria listed above. Sponsor will make up to two (2) attempts over the twenty-four (24) hour period (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) following the Grand Prize Winner’s selection to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner via the contact information provided with his/her entry, which may include attempts to contact via Instagram’s messaging system (e.g. “at” messaging). If potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached during the twenty-four (24) hour period (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) in which he/she is emailed and/or called (no messages will be left on answering machines or voicemail systems) the potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected from among the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received, if time permits. Sponsor and Promotion Entities shall have no liability for any prize notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential Grand Prize Winner for any reason.
 GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) private movie theater screening (“Screening”) of the film “G.I. Joe: Retaliation” in or near the Grand Prize winner’s home town for the Grand Prize winner and up to thirty (30) guests of Grand Prize winner’s choice, and popcorn and soda concessions for all guests. The Screening must be scheduled through the Sponsor and Regal, and the specific date, time and location of the Screening shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor and Regal. In the event the Grand Prize winner lives more than fifty (50) miles away from the closest Regal theatre, at the winner’s option the Screening may be transferred to a family member or awarded as one hundred (100) “GI Joe: Retaliation” run-of-engagement passes good for admission at participating Regal theaters (valid Monday through Thursday only, not valid in realD 3D or IMAX 3D; other restrictions may apply). All guests attending the Screening must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (to the sole satisfaction of Sponsor), with such parent or legal guardian counting towards the total number of guests hereunder. The Grand Prize winner and guests are responsible for transportation to and from the Screening. Recording devices will not be allowed in the Screening. In the event that the Grand Prize winner or any of his/her guests engage during the Screening in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Screening early, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his/her guests home with no further compensation. ARV of the Grand Prize is $1000.00. Screening shall occur by 09/30/2013 or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the Grand Prize described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the “Prize Claim Documents” (as defined below).
