Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Moab, UT. Trip package includes round trip,
coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor
in its sole discretion) to either Moab, UT or Grand Junction, CO (determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion); three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion
(single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel; $400
spending money; and a two (2) day Canyonlands Jeep Adventures experience, including Jeep rental and
guided tour. Trip must be booked at
least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and
blackout dates, including, but not limited to, November 23-27, 2016, December 24-25, 2016, December
31, 2016, January 1, 2017, April 6-16, 2017 and April 28-30, 2017.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: Gift certificate for one (1) set of four (4) Yokohama tires up to nineteen (19) inch
rim diameter. Winner will be able to choose from a selection of Yokohama tires determined by Sponsor in
its sole discretion that will be shipped to winner’s home. Winner will be responsible for mounting and
balancing of tires. Certificate will expire one (1) year from date of issuance. ARV of the prize will vary
based on tire selection; average value of the prize is $600.

TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: Yokohama GEOLANDAR mobile phone charger. ARV: $25.
