Frank & Oak Meet Dave 1 in NYC contest

PRIZE(S) 5.1 Prizes: (i)This contest, sweepstakes has one (1) winner. The (1) winner and a friend of his/her choosing will win a trip to NYC on May 15th, including (a)a roundtrip economy flight ticket each from their city of departure to NYC (departure city must be same for both participants) (b)a one-night stay in an NYC hotel room (one room); (c)$250 spending money (total); (d)entrance to the official Frank & Oak x Dave 1 launch party on May 15 in NYC; (e)an introduction to Dave 1 of Chromeo at the launch event. Retail value of prize valued at up to $3000 USD. 5.2 Any other expenses incurred by the winners, including incidental charges are excluded and remain the sole responsibility of the winner. Any unused portion of the prize becomes the property of the Sponsors.

 6 – Each winner will receive: 6.1: THE PRIZE(S) described above (a trip for two (2)—1 winner and a friend—to NYC to the Frank & Oak x Dave 1 launch event and to meet Dave 1). 6.2 A representative of the Sweepstakes organizer will contact the winners by email or via phone provided at registration within 2 hours of the end of the Sweepstakes period to inform how to claim the prize. In the event the representative of the Sweepstakes organizer is unable to get in contact with the winner within ½ hour (30 minutes) following the draw, and/or in the event that the chosen winner is unable to accept the prize (to fly to NYC on the given date), then the organizer of the Sweepstakes will be released from any obligation to the person not joined, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to select another eligible entrant as a potential prize winner. Proof of legal age will be required before delivery of the prize.
