PRIZE/PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for two (2) to the 2010 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival consisting of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare to Miami, FL from the major airport closest to winner’s home address; (ii) first class hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy; room rate and tax only) for four (4) days/three (3) nights; (iii) round-trip airport transfers in Miami; (iv) admission to the 2010 South Beach Wine and Food Festival including parties with Guy Fieri, Sandra Lee, Rachael Ray, the Neelys, plus culinary demos; and (v) $500 spending money (for winner only). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of this Prize Package is $4,750.
