If the winner cannot travel on the dates provided the prize will be forfeited and no additional prize will be awarded. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion under the age of 18 years must (be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian). Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and will be responsible for all necessary travel authorizations and for any travel insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Winner’s guest to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and/or visas if applicable. No cash equivalent and prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
