Grand Prize: (3 winners) Trip for 2 to the Season 9 Finale of American Idol in Hollywood including roundtrip coach-class air transportation for 2 from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; 3-days/2-nights’ accommodations at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); 2 tickets to the Season 9 Finale shows of American Idol (seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $200 spending money. Winner must travel to Los Angeles, CA on May 25, 2010 and return on May 27, 2010 or prize is forfeited. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,825. Travel must be round-trip. Sponsor is not responsible for airline cancellations or delays. If trip destination is less than 250 miles from the winner’s residence, winner will be provided $200 for driving expenses in lieu of air transportation. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the responsibility solely of winner. By accepting the ticket portion of the prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. The Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of Season 9 Finale of American Idol. The ARV of travel may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
