One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of all of the following:
A) a 2014 Toyota Tundra CrewMax Limited, 4X4, 5.7 liter V8, 6 Speed Automatic with specific colors, features and additional options (if any) determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to availability. Maximum retail value of no more than $45,000 for vehicle portion of Grand Prize;
B) two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest to Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup™ Contenders LiveSM event at Navy Pier in Chicago, IL currently scheduled to take place on 9/12/13; and
C) two (2) VIP tickets and two (2) VIP Passes for winner and one (1) guest to attend the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ race at Chicagoland Speedway currently scheduled to take place on 9/15/13.
For Vehicle Portion of Grand Prize (item “A” of the Grand Prize description above): Actual vehicle prize may be different from that pictured in any Sweepstakes advertising. Grand Prize winner must have proof of insurance and a valid U.S. driver’s license to take delivery of vehicle or, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by TMS/USA near winner’s residence. TMS/USA shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the prize vehicle, and delivery is subject to availability. TMS/USA, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the prize vehicle within one hundred twenty (120) days of completion of verification process. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize vehicle after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site. The winner must personally retrieve the Grand Prize vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of vehicle availability at dealer.
For the Race Ticket portion of the Grand Prize (items “B” and “C” of the Grand Prize description above): Race dates subject to change. In the event either race is postponed/rescheduled or otherwise cancelled, no compensation or substitution for such portion of the Grand Prize will be provided; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the winner.
IF Grand Prize winner resides outside of the state of Illinois, the following will be awarded for the Race Ticket portion of the Grand Prize (items “B” and “C” of the Grand Prize description above): A six (6) day/five (5) night trip for winner and one (1) guest inclusive of round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S. to Illinois; one (1) standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) for five (5) nights; round trip ground transportation to and from airport in Illinois; and $500 awarded to winner only in the form of a check. If travel is provided, travel must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or such travel will be forfeited in its entirety.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize = $46,000 (OR $49,800 IF travel is awarded (as outlined above) as part of the Grand Prize).
One (1) First Prize: A 2013 Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup™ Contenders LiveSM full size helmet autographed by twelve (12) NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ drivers. Helmet is not race worn. Exact driver autographs are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV of First Prize= $1,500.
Five (5) Second Prizes: A Sprint Galaxy Note 2 Tablet. WiFi and internet access are not included. ARV = $515 each Second Prize.
Four (4) Third Prizes SIRIUS/XM radio and a $50 SIRIUS/XM gift card. ARV = $300 each Third Prize.
Total ARV of all prizes = $51,275 (OR $55,075 IF travel is awarded (as outlined above) as part of the Grand Prize). Limit one (1) prize per person per household.
