Prizes: (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize winner will receive a Cabin Fever log
cabin. Cabin is approximately 20ft long and 8ft wide. It will be insulated and also include a
kitchen and bathroom. Cabin will be built in a board and batten style with a Teton siding and
include chinking. The cabin will be delivered to the winner’s home (as indicated on his/her
Sweepstakes entry) and presented by Rob Robillard (the creator of Cabin Fever maple whisky).
Actual prize may differ from depictions of log cabin on advertising materials. Winner to assume
and secure any necessary permits for construction work for installation of log cabin, occupancy
(certificate of occupancy), along with having a suitable piece of land for the cabin (Sponsor shall
determine in its sole discretion if winner has a suitable piece of land for cabin; and, if not, Grand
Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion).
Cabin to be installed/constructed by third party contractors of Sponsor’s sole choosing; BUT
SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND AS TO THE
UNDERLYING WORKMANSHIP OR HABITABILITY OF THE LOG CABIN; WINNER
EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY CLAIM HE/SHE MAY HAVE AGAINST SPONSOR UNDER
ANY LEGAL THEORY RELATIVE TO THE LOG CABIN, WITH THE UNDERSTANDING
THAT HE/SHE HAS NO LEGAL RECOURSE AGAINST SPONSOR WITH REGARD TO
ANY DEFECT IN OR RELATING TO THE LOG CABIN. Presentation ceremony with Rob
Robillard may be recorded by Sponsor, with the understanding that as between Sponsor, on the
one hand, and Grand Prize winner, on the other, Sponsor shall own any and all rights to such
recording; and, winner agrees upon Sponsor’s request and without compensation of any kind to
sign any and all necessary and appropriate documents so as to record, perfect and effect
Sponsor’s ownership rights in same. Rob Robillard’s participation in the presentation ceremony is
subject to his availability and professional commitments and, if he is unavailable for any reason,
the remaining elements of the Grand Prize (i.e., the log cabin itself) shall represent Sponsor’s
entire liability to winner. Approximate retail value of Prize is $25,000.00
