One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The winner of the
Grand Prize (the “Winner”) will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for two (2) people to
Sonoma, California. Prize includes round-trip coach airfare for Winner and one (1) guest from a
major airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), hotel
accommodations for two (2) people based on double occupancy, one (1) gift certificate for
US$1,000.00 for spa treatments, one (1) gift certificate for US$200.00 for other expenses, and
roundtrip transportation between San Francisco International Airport and the hotel in Sonoma,
California. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is US$4,000.00.
