One (1) Grand Prize: All expenses-paid 4-day/3-night trip for two to Miami Beach, Florida. Prize includes:
• round-trip coach airfare to Miami Beach, Florida from a major airport nearest the winner’s home;
• hotel accommodations at the W Hotel South Beach (double occupancy);
• Two (2) $300 Visa® Gift Cards for food and transportation,
• One (1) ARTISTRY gift basket (with product valued at $400 retail value).
Winner and his/her Travel Companion must travel together on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. At least one traveler must be 21 years of age or older. All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsors’ agent on a carrier of Sponsors’ choice. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and Trip must be taken on the dates specified or trip shall be forfeited and Sponsors shall have no further obligation to such Winner. Sponsors are not responsible for any flight cancellations or postponement. All prize details are at Sponsors’ discretion. All other expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner.
