PRIZES: A total of three (3) grand prizes will be awarded to three (3) different Eligible Entrants, with each
grand prize consisting of a trip for two to the 2019 BET Awards between the dates of June 21-24, 2019 (the
Event”). Arrangements for the grand prizes will be made by VMN and shall include: (i) roundtrip coach class
air transportation for each Winner (and his/her guest) which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport
of VMN’s choice nearest Winner’s residence (as determined by VMN) to Los Angeles, CA (VMN reserves
the right to substitute ground transportation if Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, (ii) three (3)
nights hotel accommodations in Los Angeles for Winner (and his/her guest) which shall consist of one (1)
room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not
included), (iii) round trip ground transportation for Winner (and his/her guest) (to be taken together) between
the hotel in Los Angeles and the Event, and (iv) two (2) tickets to the Event (collectively, a “Grand Prize”).
Travelers must be at least 21 years old.
Total approximate value (the “ARV”) of each prize package is: $4,000.00.
