Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to South Africa. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two from John F. Kennedy Airport in New York, New York, or Dulles Airport in Virginia, whichever is closer to winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Johannesburg, South Africa; two nights’ accommodation at the Southern Sun Grayson in Sandton on a bed and breakfast basis; Day Tour to Nelson Mandela Museum; Day Tour to Ellis Park Rugby Stadium; return airport transfers to Constancia; two nights’ accommodation at Constancia on a bed and breakfast basis; Day Tour to Robben Island and Victor Verster Prisons; two nights’ accommodation on the Oceana on a fully inclusive basis, including all meals and nature drives; Day visit to the Transkei; return Airport transfers from Kruger Airport to Jock Safari Lodge; two nights’ accommodation at a Jock Safari Lodge on a fully inclusive basis, including all meals and 2 game drives daily. Certain black-out dates apply: December 14th 2009 to January 6th, 2010, February 1st-March 1st, 2010 and May 15th to August 15th, 2010. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary and hotel(s) in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, personal charges at lodging, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary (including the same departure date, destination and return date) and at the same time as the winner. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport. If Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Once a travel companion is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and the difference, if any, in the value of the Sweepstakes prize will not be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. The Grand Prize winner may be required to provide a credit card to cover incidentals and related expenses at the time of each hotel check-in. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner. Failure to complete the trip prize does not relieve the prize winner of his or her tax obligations associated with winning the prize. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel or portion of the prize will be forfeited and no compensation awarded in lieu thereof. If the winner does not accept or use a portion of the prize, the unaccepted or unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligations with respect to that portion of prize. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated. All tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used. Prize may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor. Released Parties (defined below) are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Released Parties expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize or any portion thereof awarded. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: Fifteen Thousand United States Dollars [US$15,000]. Actual value of the Grand Prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination and the difference will not be awarded.
