Open to legal residents of 50 US (including DC), who are 18 years of age or older and enrolled as full-time/part-time student at an accredited two-year or four-year public/private U.S. college/university
One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for four (4) to New York City, New York on May4 – 6, 2012 to attend various UFC events (as determined by the Sponsor). Trip includes: round trip, coach class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests from airport near winner’s place of residence (airport to be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); two (2) nights hotel accommodations (hotel to be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; two (2) double occupancy rooms, excluding meals, room service, or other incidentals); ground transportation to/from airport and hotel and to/from hotel and UFC event on May 5, 2012; up to four (4) tickets to the UFC event on May 5, 2012 (seat locations to be determined solely by the Sponsor); one (1) UFC VIP Package for winner only including up to four (4) VIP line passes to the Official UFC Fighter Autograph Sessions, up to four (4) reserved seats to the UFC Fighter Q & A Session, up to four (4) reserved seats to the UFC on Fox Weigh-in, up to four (4) passes to the UFC Backstage Tour and up to four (4) passes to the UFC Octagon Tour(UFC VIP package selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); four (4)UFC Prize Packs for winner and guests with each including one (1) UFC T-shirt, one (1) UFC Hat, one (1) UFC Backpack and one (1) UFC DVD(size of t-shirt and hat to be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor);and $1,000 spending money awarded to the winner only in the form of a check (which may be used for meals and other incidentals not specified as part of the Grand Prize). The Grand Prize winner will also receive a single payment of $2,000 in the form of a check, which is intended to assist with any tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes and other taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements. ARV of the Grand Prize is $11,200.
Ten (10) First Prizes: AUFC Prize Pack including one (1) UFC T-shirt, one (1) UFC Hat and one (1) UFC Backpack (size of t-shirt and hat to be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize pack is $100.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded during the Promotion Period is $12,200.
