Grand Prize: (1 winner) Roundtrip economy/coach airfare for two people from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence to Reno-Tahoe International Airport (maximum value USD $1,000), four nights, five days hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at Harvey’s Lake Tahoe Resort from July 13 – July 17, 2011 (maximum value USD $200 per night), ground transportation from destination airport to and from hotel, and two VIP passes to the 2011 American Century Championship in Lake Tahoe and all Event functions (July 13-17, 2010), each as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500. Actual value of Grand Prize Trip may vary depending on winner’s residence and seasonal rates.*

The Grand Prize Trip includes VIP passes to all Event activities, including Welcome Reception on July 13, 2011, 2 passes to the American Century Championship tournament with clubhouse hospitality, access to the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, and 2 passes to the Summer Concert Series on July 15 or 16, 2010. Grand Prize winner must take the Grand Prize Trip from July 13 – July 17, 2011 or Grand Prize Trip will be forfeited in its entirety.

All prize details including, as applicable, color, model, style, and size shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and guest must use Grand Prize Trip together on same itinerary. Travel, accommodations, and golf course related restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply and may include, without limitation, seasonal restrictions, scheduling restrictions, and time-based restrictions (e.g., expiration dates). Travel arrangements are subject to availability. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, golf courses or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by the same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage.

Except as otherwise explicitly stated above, Grand Prize winner is responsible for transportation to and from any Grand Prize related events or destinations, any incidentals, including, without limitation: meals, telephone calls, facsimile charges, Internet charges, spa/beauty salon services, laundry, tours/excursions, gift shop purchases, hotel processing fees, and any other expenses not mentioned in these Official Rules, which are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Any extra nights’ stay and any additional costs associated with an extended stay are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Additional restrictions may apply. Grand Prize winner and guest must hold valid documentation for travel, and each is responsible for his or her own insurance arrangements. Grand Prize winner must confirm travel dates within thirty days of prize notification, but in no event later than January 31, 2011. Flight and accommodations must be booked through Sponsor. Grand Prize Trip must be redeemed and used entirely between July 13, 2011 and July 17, 2011, or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Airline tickets and accommodations must be used together and are subject to availability and certain restrictions, so Sponsor cannot guarantee Grand Prize Trip will be available on the exact dates and/or times specified by Grand Prize winner. If for any reason any portion of the Grand Prize, including but not limited to the Event and/or the Event activities, is delayed, cancelled or postponed, or becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right, but is not obligated, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in its discretion and award a substitute prize of comparable or greater value. If Grand Prize winner chooses to take the Grand Prize Trip with no guest, the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall be awarded and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Grand Prize obligation to Grand Prize winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guest, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, except where prohibited, publicity releases (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents (as defined below), or guest portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. If guest is a minor, the Grand Prize winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents on such minor’s behalf. Guest will be required to sign and return to Sponsor a Liability/Publicity Release by May 31, 2011 or guest will not be able to accompany Grand Prize winner during prize travel, use prize accommodations, or use prize tickets.

No substitution of prizes or any component of a prize for cash or for other goods and services is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any prize component becomes unavailable. NBC Sports Gift Pack prizes and prize components are subject to availability. All taxes, including, without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
