PRIZE:

There will be two (2) prizes (each a “Prize”) awarded; one (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner.l Each Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”) to Orlando, FL (“Trip”). Each Prize will include the following:

1) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL;
2) hotel accommodations for Winner and up to three (3) Guests for four (4) days/three (3) nights (single room, quadruple occupancy room and tax only) at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Universal in their sole discretion) (“Hotel”);
3) non-exclusive roundtrip ground transportation (“Ground Transportation”) from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport;
4) 3Park Unlimited Passes for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Wet ‘n Wild for winner and up to three (3) Guests;
5) four (4) Tickets for Winner and up to three (3) Guests to one (1) Blue Man Group performance (date and time to be determined by Universal in their sole discretion) (“Event”) and
6) ten thousand dollars ($10,000) awarded in the form of a check made payable to Winner within sixty (60) days (provided by Sponsor).
Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Restrictions apply.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is thirteen thousand two hundred and forty one dollars ($13,241).
Total ERV of Prizes is twenty six thousand four hundred and eighty two dollars ($26,482).
