One (1) Grand Prize of three thousand dollars ($3,000) that can be spent on pet health insurance (the sum is Sponsor’s good faith calculation of “pet health insurance for life”), ultimate pet pampering (such as spa visits and/or pet-wares in any combination) or to be used at the Grand Prize Winner’s discretion;

five (5) First Prize Winners to receive a one hundred dollar ($100) prize and

ten (10) Second Prize Winners to receive a fifty dollar ($50) prize. All Prizes will take the form of a Money Order or a Cashier’s Check in US currency and will be mailed within 4-6 weeks upon confirmation of eligible winners’ validity via a registered Mail Service.
