B. Sweepstakes First Prizes (2): Each Sweepstakes First Prize Winner will receive a Honda True Adventure Jacket from Klim (“Sweepstakes First Prize”). Style and size of each Sweepstakes First Prize to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV of each Sweepstakes First Prize is $800.

C. Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will receive a 4 day/3 night trip for two (2) people (Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and a guest of his/her choosing) to Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s choice of the Rocky Mountains from July 14 – 17, 2016 or Sierra Mountains from September 22 – 25, 2016 to participate as “Team Honda” in a 2016 Cycle World Adventure Rally (“Sweepstakes Grand Prize”). Sweepstakes Grand Prize includes: round trip airfare for two (2) people (Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and guest of his/her choosing) between a major commercial airport close to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a major commercial airport near the selected destination city, three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) along the rally route, the use of two (2) Honda African Twins for use by Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/guest during their participation in the rally only, two (2) sets of Honda African Twin Adventure Gear by Klim for Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and guest, fuel costs associated with participation in the rally, and six (6) rally group meals per person.

The ARV of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $5,620. The actual value of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize may vary depending on point of departure, destination selected, and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation. Any difference between the estimated ARV and the actual value of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize will not be awarded. Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element or detail of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is canceled, postponed or becomes unavailable for any reason. Should any event, element or detail of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize become unavailable, the Sponsor shall have no obligation to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner aside from providing the remaining portion of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, minus any unavailable event, element or detail.

The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must each have a valid license to operate a motorcycle and proof of motorcycle insurance that satisfies minimum coverage requirements in the applicable winning state (California or Colorado). Motorcycle travel may be an inherently dangerous activity. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest expressly and voluntarily assume the risk of any

and all injury and damage that may result from participation in this Promotion or acceptance of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest understand that such risks include, but are not limited to possible serious bodily injury, partial or total disability, paralysis, death or other injuries or damages. Selection of participation in the Sweepstakes Grand Prize and the risks of loss, damage or injury shall at all times remain with and be borne by the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest. Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest each acknowledges and agrees that the Promotion Entities have no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from entrance into the Promotion or participation in the Sweepstakes Grand Prize or any Sweepstakes Grand Prize-related activity.

The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must travel on dates as determined by the Sponsor or the Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be forfeited. All travel arrangements must be reserved and scheduled at least 30 days prior to departure. Travel must completed by on Sponsor-specified dates (7/14/16 – 7/17/16 for the Rocky Mountains rally edition or 9/22/16 – 9/25/16 for the Sierra Mountains rally edition) or the Sweepstakes Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be licensed to operate a motorcycle in order to participate in the rally portion of the prize. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of. Guest will be required to complete and return a Liability Release and, where permissible, a Publicity Release (“Travel Companion Release”), prior to travel booking. Travel is subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth below. If the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner or guest lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles from the destination location (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute ground transportation in lieu of airfare and no additional compensation will be awarded. All hotel accommodation booking and travel arrangements will be administered by Sponsor’s authorized designee. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, weather, seasonal influences, and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s travel prize suppliers, as detailed in any contract issued by such supplier. Should any event, element or detail of a prize become unavailable, the Sponsor shall have no obligation to a Winner aside from providing the remaining portion of the prize, minus any unavailable event, element or detail. If the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner elects partake in the Sweepstakes Grand Prize without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded.

The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest are each solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents (including government-issued photo identification). The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any part of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest are responsible for all in-room charges (e.g., mini- bar, movies), telephone calls, meals, beverages, gratuities, upgrades, personal incidentals, amenities and any other fees and expenses not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules as being included in the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card.
