•HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Enter the SUBWAY® Commit to Fit Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) for the chance to win the Grand Prize of $26,200 or one of 100 First Prizes of a SUBWAY® Card. The value of the First Prizes may increase based on the number of eligible entries that are received in the Sweepstakes. The minimum value of each First Prize is $10 up to a maximum value of $100 (see Rule #3 for details).
•ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust Ltd. (“SFAFT” or “Sponsor”), SUBWAY® restaurants, Doctor’s Associates Inc., Franchise World Headquarters, LLC and each of their parent, subsidiary companies, affiliates, divisions, franchisees, representatives, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, distributors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents, and members of such employees’ immediate families and individuals living in the same household with such employees, are not eligible. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email/mail.
•AVAILABLE PRIZES & VALUES: (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a check in the amount of $26,200. (100) First Prizes: Each winner will receive a SUBWAY® Card. The minimum value of each First Prize will be $10, up to a maximum value of $100; the actual value of each First Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period, per the chart in Rule #3.
