Prize: Winner will receive one (1) trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, for Winner and up to one (1) eligible guest (the “Guest”). Winner and Guest must travel on same itinerary (i.e., on the same flight or in the same vehicle if ground transportation is used), as determined

by Spike. Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of the Winner’s entry. The “Prize” includes the following:
i.
Roundtrip air transportation for Winner and up to one (1) eligible Guest from a city within the continental U.S. closest to the Winner’s home and Las Vegas, Nevada (provided, Spike reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada);
ii.
One (1) standard hotel accommodation at a hotel selected by Spike (double occupancy and room tax only) for three (3) days and two (2) nights.
iii.
One (1) ticket each for Winner and Guest to attend the TUF finale held in Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Event”), an invitation to the pre-fight weigh-in, and a five (5) minute photo opportunity in the Octagon™ for Winner and Guest;
All air travel and ground transportation arrangements will be made by Contest Entities. Travel must commence on December 3, 2010, ARV Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000).
